B&B Power LT SWITCHGEAR is sheet steel, metal fabricated, enclosed/ semi enclosed, free standing and floor mounting type cubicle. The cubicle contains protection and control units required to provide the desired performance /protection. It can be equipped with Circuit breakers, Relays, Control and Indicating auxiliaries. For voltage and current monitoring, voltmeter, ammeter indicating lamps, selector switches etc are mounted on the upper portion of the front cover of the cubicle. Copper busbars of adequate size with Red, Yellow & Blue marking are mounted in the upper part of the cubicle. The busbars are firmly supported by insulator designing adequate mechanical and electrical strength.

B&B power H.T. Switchgear equipped with Load Break Switeh (LBS), VacuumCircuit Breaker (VCB), are designed for Industries, office Building, Apartment Complexes and other users,Rated Voltages are 12KV & 33 KV for current rating from 400 A to 1250 A and breaking capacities from 250 MVA to 350 MVA. The Breakers are either fixed or for installations with draw-out apparatus, mounted on trolleys together eith appropeiate interlock facilities. All Breakers have a manually tensioned stored energy operating mechanism. If required, the operating mechanism can also be driven by a motor, fitted with auto-reclose facilities and with Various Kinds of release.

B&B Power Electric Co. manufactures indoor floor mounted Auto Manual Power Factor Improvement (PFI) panel up to 1500 KVAr and rated voltage of 415 V. The control module of PFI plant contains a microprocessor based soild state relay, which continuously measures the reactive power in the incoming feeder. In the event of the actual value differing from the preset value, the realy activates magnetic contactors to switch capacitors in and out in steps as required.

CONSTRUCTION CORE

The Core of oue Transfomers consists of grain-orienred, cold rolled laminations which distinguish themselves by low losses high dimensional accuracy and flatness. The unpinned core contruction with metered joints and a special method of assembly result in low no-load losses and currents as well as minimum noise generation.

WINDING

Winding of HV and LV are made from highConductivity electrolytic copper, either paper insulated or cotton Tap pin hole free enamel wire free from scale burr and silver.

TANK

Tank are Fabricated from mild steel plate electrically welded.Each tank is tested under pressure for detectiog any leakage well /base/cover thichness is related to the size.

INSULATION

Transformed are filled with moisture free mineral oil confirming to IEC-76 and BS-148.

COOLING

The Transformer tank shall be provided with corrugated fin type or tube type rediator depending on the type of aplicaion and capacity of the Transformer.

TEST

Each and Every Transformer is soutinely Subjected to rigorous tests to IEC-761 for ensuring adequatequality & performance. Ratio Resistance Polarity and phase relation Iron Losses & No Losd Current Copper Losses Impedance Voltage Voctor Group Dielectric Strength of oil.

The solar radiation fallingon the solar photovoltaic modules is converted into electricity by photovoltaic principle. The generated current(array current) is used to charge the battery bank. The energy generated shall be maximum when the solar insulation is maximus and vice versa. Please note that the energy production vy Solar Array is site dependent and veries from place to place. The energy generation considered for designing the system is vlid only if Solar radiation, ambient temperature is as considered. For the purpose of design, an average peak sun shine 4.5-5.5 hours has been considered in Bangladesh, Solar Madule are mounted on module mounting strings structure at 23=_20tilt angle for maximum array energy utilization. It is recommended that south facing shadow ferr area is made availavble by customer for ounting modules. DC electricity from the solar array is stored in he batery bank through charge controller The Drenera from the hattey is fed to the inverted and Then Acenergy from the inverted is fed AC Loads.
